I’m a Certified Health/ Lifestyle Coach with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science (Healthy Lifestyle Coaching). I'm also an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. Health and fitness is my passion and so I find it motivating to provide lifestyle coaching to help individuals set and reach their health goals with eating well and exercise for daily living.
I provide one-on-one coaching, online coaching as well as group coaching. As a trainer, I also create workout programs whether you want to workout from home or gym/club settings. My role is to help, support, and guide you to achieve your lifestyle transformation goals, be your accountability partner and motivate you every step of the way. It is My mission is to provide you with the inspiration and information to make positive changes to your body that can improve overall wellbeing.
