Sample Meal Ideas

It feels good to eat well (and healthy).
These recipes are just a guide. Always seek the help of a RD for complete nutritional needs.
Yogurt with Fruit
Breakfast
 
1scoop protein powder
1/2 cup oats
1 cup almond milk
Add your favorite toppings (fruits and nuts).
 
You can omit the protein powder if you like.  I usually add it to help me with my daily protein intake.
Lunch
 
4oz chicken (substitute Tofu)
1 cup green beans
Sweet potato
Black coffee or tea
Chicken Breast
Dinner
 
Lean meat, chicken, or fish
1 cup steamed broccoli
choose additional carbs of choice

Snack
Cottage Cheese
 
Cottage cheese is one of my favorite snacks to have before bed. It is high in casein protein and also help keep you full while you sleep.
