Easy Homemade Protein Pancakes

It’s safe to say the majority of us are feeling pretty out of routine lately. Breakfast is lunch, lunch becomes dinner and dinner, well whenever we are hungry. Don't ask me what time is bedtime.

1 Egg

1/4 Cup Almond Flour

1 Tbs All-Purpose Flour

1/4 Cup Almond Milk

1 Scoop Protein Powder (I used Kaged Muscle Coffee Latte)

Pinch salt

Pinch Baking Soda

1. Heat pan or griddle to about 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Mix ingredients until we'll blend. Note* batter will be thin.

3. Pour small amount for each pancake

4. Cook until you see bubbles, flip and cook for about a minute

Enjoy with your favorite toppings.
